Carl Solomon, Founder of O-M has over 50 years’ experience practicing accounting and providing CFO functionality.  His professionalism, skill and personalized approach are an asset to each business he has supported.  Carl offers clients his cumulative experience from his work as an audit partner with client and HR responsibilities in two national accounting firms, CFO of a mid-sized software company, and as an educator across North America teaching business advisory skills.
